The most important rule is to HAVE FUN! Paperfest has a strict NO CARRY-INS policy as this is how funds are raised for the local community. Paperfest requires wristbands for purchasing and consuming alcohol. There is no parking allowed on festival grounds, no riding bikes or skateboards through the grounds, and no pets (with the exception of service animals) allowed. Please see below for a list of prohibited items.

Paperfest utilizes required wristbands to consume alcohol. Not only does this do the obvious and allows us to conveniently check and confirm everyone’s age, but it also allows you to be able to roam around with your alcoholic beverage. Without wristbands individuals who wish to consume alcohol would have to be confined to a “beer garden” and have their ID’s checked each time they purchase a beverage.
