Volunteer at Paperfest!

Make an Impact. Have Fun. Give Back.

All are welcome! Whether you’re volunteering as an individual or part of a group, you can make a difference at Paperfest. Volunteers can further their impact by selecting a local nonprofit to receive a donation based on their hours worked.

How It Works:

  • Sign up for a shift (or multiple!) and enjoy being part of a fun, community-driven event.

  • Choose a local nonprofit to benefit from your volunteer hours or donate your hours back to Paperfest to help increase the payout for all participating groups.

  • After the event, Paperfest distributes proceeds to local nonprofits based on volunteer contributions.

Requirements for Organizations to Receive a Donation:

  • Must be based in Northeast Wisconsin (priority given to Kimberly-based organizations).

  • Funds must support a nonprofit organization—not individuals.

  • Volunteers must collectively contribute a minimum of 10 hours to qualify.

Why Volunteer?

Paperfest is all about community! Your time helps make this free-admission festival possible, and in return, we give back to local charities and organizations. Plus, it’s a great way to meet people, enjoy the festival, and support a great cause!
